  • Booking: Car rentals can be booked online or through our customer service. Booking requires payment details and agreement to the car rental agency’s terms and conditions.
  • Rental Period: The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends when the car is returned to the designated location.
  • Payment: A deposit and full payment may be required at the time of booking. Additional fees, including fuel, insurance, and damage waivers, may apply.
  • Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Cars must be picked up and returned at the designated rental location on the scheduled dates and times. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • Driver Requirements: Drivers must meet the minimum age requirement (typically 21 years old) and have a valid driver’s license. International customers may need to provide an International Driving Permit.
  • Insurance and Damage: Insurance coverage is available at an additional cost. You are responsible for the car during the rental period and must return it in the same condition it was received. You will be liable for any damages or fines incurred during the rental.
  • Fuel: You are responsible for returning the car with the same fuel level as at pickup. Additional fuel charges may apply if the car is not returned with the correct fuel level.
